Is it possible that there are other concepts of reality being experienced by other human beings, completely unrelated to the base laws and principles which we have been programmed with? Are there others defying the laws of physics perhaps? The general idea of what earth or life as a human can be or, must be continuously reaffirmed by our scientists and our supposed educated thinkers are most often limited. We have been programmed to follow the lead of such minds yet most often we retard our own evolution waiting for the scientific community to confirm or to give the ok on concepts and ideas that we may hold about the nature of reality.

So I pose the question is it necessary for us to wait around for permission to think outside the box. Discoveries are made and covered when they do not fit the programmed concepts ensuring that such limitations will continue to be hard wired into the human gene pool of this concept of earth. Can we choose other than what we have been programmed with? Just how primitive is our thinking in such transitions as 2012, what if 2012 has already occurred? These are just a few topics I will be discussing. There is another world right here, right now…the question is can you expand your perception and evolve your old programs in order to pierce the veil of this reality. Reality is only a slight of hand trick by the mind.

Frank Joseph Hoff graduated in 1982 from the University of Washington School of Business where he earned a Bachelor degree in Business Administration. RENATO LONGATO

BIO:
Renato Longato was born in Lima, Peru in 1961. He studied Sociology, Law, and Political Science at the Inka Garcilazo de la Vega University, and is an author, researcher, and lecturer. Renato's life change after three consecutives UFO sightings in 1979. His experiences and ET contacts increased within the years. In 1991 and 1992, he traveled extensively through Peru, working for FOPTUR, the Peruvian Found for Promotional Tourism, as a field investigator and promoter of alternative tourism, know as Mystical Tourism. During his several trips, he visited many UFO hot spots and power places. His job, an unusual one, as he remarks, led him to meet alternative researchers and authentic shamans, who shared their ceremonies and wisdom, from the Coast, the Andes, and the Amazon. His journeys and knowledge were a key element in promoting internationally the mystical side of Peru. Renato also served as a tour guide when his schedule allowed him to do so. In 1993, while serving as an attorney, Renato worked as a legal assistant for the Department of Properties of Lima Light and Power. The same year he published his first book, El Mensaje de los Andes, which means “a Message from the Andes.” This book explained why the Andes is considered a place that plays an important role as an international field test for the new millennium. The book is currently out of print.

Renato not only traveled and wrote books, but also co-hosted the radio show “Close Encounters” with Mrs. Matty Salazar. Beyond that, he lectured nationally and internationally for the First Holistic Encounter in Cusco; the World Bank in Washington DC; the International UFO Conference USA; ECETI Conference , the Anthropological, Archaeological, and Historical Museum of Lima; and the University of Lima, Peru’s Main Masonic Lodge Temple. Renato has also been interviewed by many people, TV and radio shows including Jeff Rense and Aquarius Magazine.

In May 2003, Renato published his second book, “Dioses del Pasado - Enigmas de la Arquitectura Inca”, which is currently being translated into English. Then, in December of 2005, he coordinated a private meeting with well-known Mexican journalist and UFO investigator Jaime Maussan and a selected group of members from the Peruvian Air Force and other related organizations. The main agenda of the meeting was to establish a connection between countries with similar socio-cultural background, through the UFO presence in their territories. The private conference was held at the Peruvian Air Force School of War.

This was the first time the Peruvian Air Force collaborated to exchange information about the extraterrestrial phenomena. It was also an excellent opportunity for Mr. Maussan to show special footage on how the Mexican citizens are aware and collaborating with innovative ideas to spread this reality to the world. Now Renato is working on another book about his insights concerning the potential cultural impact of the extraterrestrial presence in this millennium. An official contact with an advanced society may bring the opportunity or risk depending on how we face our challenges in our planet and most important within ourselves. Jim Marrs

Bio:
A native of Fort Worth, Texas, Mr. Marrs earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from the University of North Texas in 1966 and attended Graduate School at Texas Tech in Lubbock for two years more. He has worked for several Texas newspapers, including the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, where beginning in 1968 he served as police reporter and general assignments reporter covering stories locally, in Europe and the Middle East. After a leave of absence to serve with a Fourth Army intelligence unit during the Vietnam War, he became military and aerospace writer for the newspaper and an investigative reporter. Since 1980, Mr. Marrs has been a free-lance writer, author and public relations consultant. He also published a rural weekly newspaper along with a monthly tourism tabloid, a cable television show and several videos.

In 2007, Mr. Marrs retired from the University of Texas at Arlington where he had taught a course on the Kennedy assassination since 1976. In 1989, his book, Crossfire: The Plot That Killed Kennedy, was published to critical acclaim and reached the New York Times Paperback Non-Fiction Best Seller list in mid-February 1992. It became a basis for the Oliver Stone film JFK. Mr. Marrs served as a chief consultant for both the film’s screenplay and production.

Beginning in 1992, Mr. Marrs spent three years researching and completing a non-fiction book on a top-secret government program involving the psychic phenomenon known as remote viewing only to have it mysteriously canceled as it was going to press in the summer of 1995. Within two months, the story of military-developed remote viewing broke nationally in the Washington Post after the CIA revealed the program but put their own spin on psychic studies. Wendelle Stevens

Bio:
Wendelle Stevens was born and raised in Minnesota. He enlisted in the Army shortly after high school. He graduated from the Lockheed Aircraft Maintenance & Repair School Aviation Cadet Training and Fighter Pilot Advanced Training as a very young 2nd Lieutenant in the US Army Air Corps. After that he attended the first Air Corps Flight Test Pilot School at Kelly Field where he learned to fly all the aircraft in the Air Corps inventory at the time as well as a few US Navy aircraft. During his long career in the military one of his assignments was the supervision of a highly classified team of technical specialists who were installing hi-tech data collecting equipment aboard the SAC B-29s of the Ptarmigan Project a polar research project which was photographing and mapping every inch of the Arctic land and sea area. (This equipment was designed to capture record & analyze all EMF emissions in the Arctic to photograph all anomalous phenomena and to record all disturbances in the electrical and engine systems of the aircraft looking for external influences caused by UFOs. The data was then couriered nightly to Washington). Unable to possess any of this information for himself Stevens began his own research and collection effort eventually amassing the largest private collection of UFO photographs in the world. He began to publish reports on the events and wrote many illustrated articles for many UFO publications. Disenchanted with the dearth of detail on contact events reported in books and journals of the time he began preparing detailed reports of his own investigations. He has published more than 22 of these extensive reports in book form. Wendelle continues to investigate at his own expense, still seeking the elusive answers to the many questions raised by this phenomenon.

S-4 Leak: Marine Sentry at Level 2 of S-4 Tells All
A Marine Sentry stationed at level 2 of Site S-4 in the Area 51 complex, upon being told that he was dying of a fatal disease; with only a couple of months left to live, and was being discharged to allow him to get his affairs in order. Believed that it was true, where he was living in a sterile environment, his own superiors had to have given it to him and in that case he was determined to bring down the whole house of cards before he passed on.
He called from his address in Los Angeles and wanted to come over and see me. I do not encourage this for lack of personal time, but when he told me he had some photographs for me, I invited him to come on over and he did…

He brought me a photo of Vice President Dick Cheny standing in front of a recovered flying disc stored there in S-4.

Level 2 of S-4 Complex
When Connor O’Ryan arrived at my home to tell me what he knew of level 2 of S-4 in Area 51, in the Atomic Energy Area Complex, he found himself the target of his own old, Area 51 security team. Delta-6, a hit team prepared to take him out when they recovered the evidence he had stashed as insurance for his own safety in case he was discovered.

He was sure they would not carry out their orders until they had successfully recovered the stash of 52 good photographs that Connor O’Ryan and his team had taken inside the Area S-4 Complex.

He told me that they had made 6 copies and left 5 of them in the hands of trusted people who would reveal them to news media if any of the several coconspirators were discovered and under threat. He told me that he became fearful of carrying them on his person after seeing the same man looking at him from behind a newspaper in the bus station, and had gone out behind that station to find a box for shipping them. He put them in an old auto starter box found there, filled it with rocks and took it back into the station for wrapping and address for delivery to me in Tucson. Of course it never arrived and we lost the first stash. His Delta – 6 Team did arrive that very next day and a cat and mouse game began that lasted for two weeks until Connor finally disappeared again for good.

In my workshop I will describe that pursuit and the harrowing events that led up to his disappearance and will show clips of a tow hour video interview of Connor describing his life a level two or S-4 complex of Area 51.

Bio:
Jeffrey Wilson, M.Sc., Director and co-founder of the Independent Crop Circle Researchers' Association (ICCRA) has been investigating crop circles that have been reported in the United States since 1996, and has visited well over 100 during the last twelve years. More recently, Ruben has been co-authoring a series of books with Noe Torres about major UFO incidents that have occurred in Texas, Mexico, and the Southwestern US. They published Mexico’s Roswell: The Chihuahua UFO Crash, which tells the story of an August 1974 UFO crash retrieval along the Texas- Mexico border, near Coyame, Mexico in the Chihuahua Desert. They have written a second book, titled The Other Roswell: UFO Crash on the Texas-Mexico Border. It focuses on a 1950s era UFO crash retrieval near Del Rio Texas. In the book, a retired Air Force pilot tells the amazing tale of a highly luminous UFO that he chased across the skies of Texas before watching it crash near the Rio Grande River on the Mexican side of the border.
